SISD is taking steps to increase the standardization of our communication. Partnering with School Messenger, we are now able to communicate directly with our parents, guardians, students and community through a variety of platforms. We understand that one of the most direct and immediate forms of communication is through text messaging. However, we need your permission to make this service available on your device.

To opt-in for Direct Text Messages, text "Y" or "Yes" to 67587.

This new coordinated approach will allow the District and Campuses to send up to the minute, real time information via text messaging, Twitter, Facebook, recording and email.

We will be taking our 8th grade students to SHS on November 8th to see our high school students perform Disney's Mary Poppins Jr.

8th grade students may be eating their lunch at a different time on this day.

Parents, please complete and send back the attached Veteran's Day Information to the school by Oct 23rd.

Picture day will be September 19th. Order forms will be going out next week.
